Managing Cancellations

Duration will be given when a buyer needs to cancel a transaction.

Cancellation Process

The buyer raises a cancellation request. If the order is not yet processed, the order can be cancelled immediately. But if the order has been processed, the seller will look at the validity of cancellation request and once approved, the seller will cancel the order.



Probable reasons why a buyer cancels an order:

1. Buyer wants to modify order

2. Seller takes too long to process the orders

3. Others



A seller may reject a cancellation if:

1. The order has been shipped

2. Request for cancellation is unreasonable.
