INGREDIENT: Premium Pangkor anchovies

PROCESS OF MAKING:
The head, bones and inner parts of anchovies will be removed.
Then, soaked them with water for approximately 10 minutes; rinsed them few times by using clean water.
After that, they are put into a dehydrator to dehydrate for about 6 hours, then, blended into fine powder.
It is healthy as all the vitamin and nutrients are concentrated and remained after the process.

SHELF LIFE: Refrigerated - good up to 12 months
