Description:

A premium quality, Blue colour, high stength adhensive formulated for ABS fitting and pipes bonding

applications. It is easy-to-use, fast setting and offers superior bonding stength.

Applications:

Ideal for bonding and coupling and ABS fitting and pipes. Upon complete curing, It is safe for drinking water, irrigation, waste water, sanitary pipes and conduit etc.

Directions:

- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water.

-Clean the surfaces Thoroughly using VT-311 ABS Pipe Cleaner. Use fast dry crepe paper or toilet tissue to soak the Cleaner.

Always use fresh and clean paper.

-Apply the cement to both surfaces to be bonded with a dry, clean brush to give a uniform coating, with heavier coat at the pipe end.

-It will dissolve and soften the surfaces of the pipes and fitting. Assemble while cement is wet.

-When the pipes and fitting are assemble together, the softened surfaces mix and on hardening produce a chemically welded joint.

-Hold firmly 30 seconds to allow initial bonding, then remove surplus adhensive. Joints should not be disturbed for 5 minutes.

-12 hours for drying time should be allowed before working pressure, and 24 hours before testing to 1 1/2 working pressure.

Storage:

-Highly inflammable, keep away from heat source or naked flames. Store in dry and cool place with temperature below +25.c.

Use within 12 months from date of production.
