Authentic Halal Gogi Tempura Flour 150g

Gogi Tempura Flour is the foundation in making tempura battered food. The flour mix is known for its low gluten content. The flour is mixed with ice cold water and only stirred a little, leaving some lumps in it. This allows it to be light and fluffy as well as very crispy.

Cooking Directions:

1. Mix 150g Gogi with 210 cc of water (portion of mixing can be determined as needed)

2. Pour cold water into Gogi flour, mix well together

3. Dip vegetable or meat into batter and fry in hot fat or oil until crispy golden brown
