Miracle Cocoa Millet Milk contains malt beverages from millet. Malt beverage is non-alcoholic fermented beverage made from the fermentation process of cereals. During the malting process, it involves three stages which are soaking, germination and drying. Soaking process helps to soften the starch and protein and increase water absorption. Thus, it easier for an enzyme to hydrolyze the starch converting to sugar and amino acids. Proteolytic enzyme enhances the availability of protein, specifically lysine, methionine and tryptophan in the malted beverage. Germination process is done by lactic acid bacteria to promoting hydrolytic enzyme which is not present in the ungerminated grain. It also aids in the digestive system due to a high proteolytic enzyme. Malt also contain calcium, iron, thiamin, niacin and ascorbic acid which helps to add a value to food consumption. Drying helps to dry the malted millet to ease the consumer.

Meanwhile, buckwheat as a part of the ingredients contributes to the properties. It has antibacterial and anti-diabetic that help to improve the immune system in the body by inhibiting the growth of fungi, and gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
