Mak Nyonya Instant
Marinade Paste for Fried Chicken 200g
Edible oil, Salt, Ginger, Sugar, Turmeric and Coriander
Method 1 :
Marinade 1kg chicken with 1 packet of MAK NYONYA Instant Marinade Paste for Fried Chicken, refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for more intense flavours. Deep fry or pan fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown.
Method 2 :
Stir fry 1 packet of MAK NYONYA Instant Marinade Paste for Fried Chicken to 1kg of chicken in the pot until fragrant. Add in 300ml water and simmer until chicken is tender and gravy thickens.
Refrigerate the chicken in gravy for 1/2hour. Deep fry chicken in heat oil until golden brown.
