How can I check the status of my order(s)?

Please check in "My Order". After your order is shipped, your order status will be changed from "To Ship" to "To Receive". You will be received email with a courier company tracking number attached. Once receive your order, you may change the status to completed.

How to cancel a paid order?

Only allow to cancel if order status is state as "To Ship".


If “To Receive” status, you are not allow. Because,


- Packed & ready to be collected by courier

- On the way to your place

How to change address for a paid order?

Only allow to change the shipping address if order status is "To Ship". Kindly send the change address request to help@gvado.com.


Else you may cancel the order and purchase again if "To ship" status.

What will I get back after returning the item(s) or order item is out of stock?

We will do refund to your G-Wallet. If you wish to request refund to your bank account, kindly send refund request to help@gvado.com

What can I do if I fail to checkout due to an item being out of stock?

You have to remove the out of stock items from your cart before proceeding to check out.

Why is my order cancelled?

Why is the item in my shopping cart out of stock?

Gvado will not guarantee the availability of items until the checkout process is completed with payment.

When will I receive my purchase?

Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within 1-3 working days. During peak period, please expect to receive your package in 5-7 working days.


However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our seller as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.
