How do I purchase top-up for my mobile number?
1. Choose “Mobile Reload” from homepage.
2. Key in the phone number you wish to reload.
3. Choose your operator.
4. Select the amount you wish to reload.
5. Click “Top Up Now”
6. Next, go to Account > My Orders
7. Check from “Completed” column. Select “View Order”.
8. Press “Additional Information”.
9. Your PIN will be shown!

How long the reload pin valid for?
Different reload's operator will have different valid period.
Go to Your Account > My Order. Check on “Completed” Tab and click “Details”.
If web, it will directly show at order detail. If app, it need click the "Additonal Column" to get Mobile Reload's Information.
