How does the G-Points system work?
You earn 1 G-Points for every RM1 you spend on Gvado or by completing simple tasks. G-Points are to be used only for the Power Sellers within Gvado Online Shopping Platform.
How do I earn G-Points?
Complete your online shopping at Gvado and earn! Every RM1 you spend on Gvado will earn you 1 G-Point. Simple and clear!
Or, you can complete simple tasks below to fast-track your G-Point earnings:
Post a review on your received products and earn 200 G-Points. Receive 1500 G-Points for each friend you invite to Gvado.
Are my G-Points convertable to cash?
Unfortunately, no. All G-Points cannot be converted into cash.
Can I earn G-Points during promotions or deals?
Sure you can. But please note that the G-Points you earn will be based on the final purchase amount after discount.
For example, if your purchase total was RM50 and you applied a promotional code “RM10 OFF”, you will only earn the discounted amount, i.e. RM40 (40 G-Points).
Is there a limit set for using G-Points?
You can use your G-Points to offset up to a max of RM10 off of your order. There is no mini- mum amount of G-Points required before you can start spending. 100 G-Points will entitle you to RM0.30 discount off any order from our Power Seller in Gvado.

Remember to turn on the G-Points when checkout. Once the order is placed, the G-Points used will be deducted immediately from your account.
How long are my G-Points valid for?
G-Points that earned from product reviews and completed order will be valid for a total of 90 days beginning from the time they appeared in your account.
However, G-Points that earned from friend referral will be valid for a total of 180 days beginning from the time they appeared in your account.
When and where do my G-Points appear in my account?
Your G-Points will usually appear on your account once your purchase or task is completed.
However, product reviews might take slightly longer as these posts must be reviewed and approved by our lovely team members.
The process usually takes 1-3 working days depending on the posts we receive. Rest assured we will process your submissions as soon as we can.

Can I get back my G-Point when i cancel order?
Appologies, no U-Turn for all used G-Points. Please think twice before you cancel.
What happens to my G-Points when i return an item ?
