酸梅酱烧排骨的做法步骤

两根排骨约有600克,洗净斩块。

冷水入锅焯去血污,之后用温水清洗干净。

锅烧热,放油,下排骨煸炒至表面略带焦香,然后把葱姜放入炒香。

接着倒入碗汁(盐,糖,生抽,老抽,蚝油)

再放入与食材持平的开水开始烧制15分钟。

当锅内的汁明显快要收干时,加入酸梅酱翻炒。

直至全部裹匀即可出锅。
